As soon as the sun goes down you can witness a genuine volcano eruption multiple times every night. Even if you don’t plan on visiting the Mirage, walking over there to see the volcano eruption is absolutely worth your time. The Mirage Hotel & Casino offers a tropical/wildlife theme and the volcano eruption is just one part of the entire theme.

Other attractions at the Mirage, part of the tropical/wildlife theme are:

• The Aquarium behind the front desk. The 20,000-gallon saltwater tank with coral reef is home to approximately 450 fish from 80 different species
• Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Come face to face with white lions, white tigers, panthers, leopards, and Bottlenose Dolphins
