  1. Caesars Palace is definately one of the nicer hotels along the strip.
I was fortunate to stay there once in 2013, my host couldn’t get me a suite but I got a real nice room in the augustus tower. It was a corner room with a doorbel :). The only downside it had: there was a minibar and no normal fridge (hey i am Dutch so yeah im a little bit frugal). The view I had was excellent, nice view of the Bellagio fountains. The room further had a safe, nice kingsize bed and it the room was large. Bathroom had toilet, shower and yacuzzi as well as a small TV.

Overall Caesars is great, I like the atmosphere of the casino and it’s beautiful. The diamond lounge is the nicest on the strip (I come there often, great food and drinks and nice lounge area. Only downside: it’s so popular sometimes you’ll have to wait a bit to be seated (especially at dinnertime). The spa is the nicest one I’ve been to….it’s so nice that I even had to pay for it (normally I don’t have to pay for going to the spa at other CET properties). But it was worth the experience since they even have an artic room where it’s snowing (you can tell the folks at home “yeah I’ve been to vegas and it was snowing). The Bacchanal buffet in my opinion is the number one buffet on the strip (used to be Planet Hollywood), price is pretty high though for two people it’s $100 (used my free 100 dinner diamond voucher). I’m not a real buffet guy anymore when considering buffets I would recommend this one or the buffet at Wynn, Bellagio or Planet Hollywood.

The pools at Caesars are great too (back pool you can even gamble in the water) but it can be crowded…I was there on a Saturday in May and it was so crowded there were no available daybeds anymore (which of course blows). Behind the casino you have The Forum Shops. Inside the Forum Shops you’ll find the Atlantis interactive show which is nice to watch. It’s located near my favourite restaurant The Cheesecake Factory (value for money there…….the spicey cashew chicken is a killer).

Go see a show at The Colosseum! I saw Elton John (mwahh), Cher (great and amazing), Bette Midler (great and funny), Shania Twain (she is still the one..loved it)……..
Yeah it’s a bit more expensive to stay at Caesars than at other cheaper hotels like The Linq/Flamingo/Bally’s but it’s worth it!
