It’s hard to say something bad about the Venetian by Glenda Marisol Coronado
I stayed at the Venetian in 2011 and I must say we received top of the line customer service. Check in for this hotel was at 3 pm but we arrived at 11 am. We had called ahead to inform the front desk of our early arrival and they promised us to have a room available. However, when we got to the hotel there were no rooms available. The lady at the registration desk did everything she could to accommodate our stay and we were eventually upgraded to a suite.
The suite was incredible; it was so incredible we didn’t leave the room for a whole day. We decided to just stay in the room and enjoy the in-room gym and jacuzzi. It also had a formal marble dining room table so we decided to order room service and just enjoy all the amenities of our dining room.
The property offers a lot of dining options. The Grand Lux Cafe and Tao both offer great food. If you want to enjoy a great Asian dinner, Tao is the place to go. Reservations are strongly recommended.
The easiest way to check out of this hotel is calling the front desk. Another option is checking out through the T.V. screen in your suite. In each way you’ll be able to avoid the long check out lines at the front desk.
I really loved the Venetian. It’s one of my favorite Las Vegas resorts. You can do some great shopping at The Grand Canal Shoppes, enjoy a Gondola ride through the property or enjoy a great meal at the “St. Mark’s Square (San Marco Square)”. If you’ve never been to Europe and would like to experience that European feeling I would strongly suggest staying at the Venetian. Don’t forget to enjoy the lovely lavish pool area as well, you won’t be disappointed.
